Laura Lee Lotto
I am a multifaceted soul whose journey has been deeply guided by Spirit, leading me to embrace and share my diverse passions and talents with the world. As the visionary spearhead of the Journey to the Soul program, I channel my spiritual connection and intuitive insights to guide women through a transformative year-long journey of self-discovery, authenticity, and purpose. This program, inspired by a divine download, is a testament to my commitment to helping others reconnect with their core selves and live in alignment with their highest potential.
As a devoted wife and mama to five, I wear the many hats of a homeschooling parent and homesteader, creating a life rooted in love, learning, and sustainability. I manage The Aquarian Acres, a serene 35-acre property where I coordinate wellness events and seasonal gatherings designed to nurture community and holistic living. My role as orchard manager reflects my deep connection to the earth, fostering growth and abundance both in my gardens and in the lives of those I touch.
I am also a cosmic guide and astrologer, offering insightful readings that blend astrology and wellness to empower my clients on their personal journeys. Through my work as a wellness practitioner, I bridge the realms of health and spirituality, helping individuals align their physical and energetic selves. My passion for creating meaningful connections extends to my role as a community leader for my online membership, the Cosmic Mama Collective, as well as podcast host for "Ram & Goat Astrology", where I share enlightening conversations and spiritual insights with my partner Helena and our global audience.
As an author and creator, I am dedicated to storytelling and collaboration. My Journey to the Soul program includes a unique opportunity for participants to document their personal transformations in a collaborative book project, reflecting my belief in the power of shared experiences and collective wisdom. Whether I’m writing, hosting events, or guiding clients through astrology, my work is imbued with a signature blend of compassion, authenticity, spiritual awareness, and, of course, fun!
At the heart of it all, I am a cosmic mama with a mission to inspire and uplift. My life is a harmonious dance of family, creativity, and service, fueled by an unwavering connection to Spirit and a desire to help others find their unique path. Whether I’m nurturing my orchard, creating life-changing programs, or simply sharing a moment of joy, I strive to embody the essence of living with purpose and intention.

Hello beautiful soul! I'm Ivy and I'm a Worth & Purpose Coach, committed to leading by example. I teaches seekers and spiritual entrepreneurs how to dial into their unique purpose, so they can have a fulfilling career, make more money, and live more authentically. I have a long and illustrious career which spans from corporate marketing and travel to nonprofit and higher education. In 2016, I started a nonprofit empowering women. I am is a champion for women and love to see them succeed. I became a life coach to support women with transforming their lives and their relationships with their own worth, purpose, and power.
I have a master’s degree in Development Studies from Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa and a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. I am a graduate of the Quantum Coaching Academy and am always learning, growing, and challenging myself in new and exciting ways.
I live my values of integrity, growth, connectedness, freedom, and wellness and inspire others to do the same. I'm someone you can count on to be there for you, listen intently, and to give you the resources you need and the encouraging words to move forward confidently. One of my coaching clients reflected how she felt “completely seen, held, and valued,” after her session with me and that is the experience I aspire to create for growth-minded women everywhere. And she combines that expertly with just enough tough love to help you achieve your goals.
Physical and sexual abuse, addiction, sickness and death; I have has seen or experienced it all, more closely than I would like, but I am resilient. I'm an example of what’s possible in spite of the many challenging things that have happened to me in the past. My life experience as the daughter of an abuse survivor, a foster child, and a teenager who testified against the perpetrator of my own sexual abuse, showed me strength I didn’t know I possessed at a young age. Since then I have been on a lifelong journey to find my own power and to teach other women to do the same.
I like to think that my edgy, rock and roll outer appearance is juxtaposed with my inner calm, and my wise and loving demeanor. I rides a motorcycle and love to travel any chance I get. I am passionate about all things women’s empowerment, and Tarot/oracle cards.

Even at a young age I was known as a rebel. My parents would say “without a cause” due to my stubborn nature and lack of regard for what others thought. I spoke the truth of my heart, not the regurgitated thoughts of those that came before me, and that often caused heated debates in our family. They had never seen such relentless obstinance but it was my will and determination that guided me to push through the societal norms and led me to where I am today; fulfilling my purpose and living the life of a rebel with a cause.
I spent my 20’s on the rack, being torn between higher education pursuits, a career in healthcare administration, raising babies and trying to figure out who I was and why I couldn’t find my happiness. By the time I hit 35 I was emotionally and physically exhausted. Even though I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown I was afraid to quit my corporate job because I was programmed to believe success was achieved with a stable income and healthcare benefits. It took a “dark night of the soul” experience and an eye opening session with a gifted reiki master to shift my vision and release me of the fear of the unknown. In 2012, much to the protest of everyone I knew, I quit my corporate job to open a massage practice, Restful Waters.
Over the past 12 years I've studied many alternative modalities including Reiki, the Akashic Records, and Shamanic Breathwork. When I completed the Shamanic Initiation Process and was ordained as a Shamanic Minister with Venus Rising Association for Transformation in 2020 my practice shifted completely from healing the physical body to healing the whole human experience where the focus is to empower others to go out and do the soul restoration work on their own. I am now a published (and best selling) author, and host large scale events and workshops to reach a wider audience.
